Painting your own pottery is made easy here at Turtle Creek. A wide variety of bisqueware is available for you to choose from. Everything from serving platters, plates and mugs, to figurines, monograms and vases are available. Bisqueware is pottery that has been fired one time, to a low fire temperature and is ready to be painted. "Painting" is not done with regular paint, but with underglaze pigments, and glazes. These glazes are just as easy to use as regular paints, but will wash out of clothes even after drying.
You may come in to paint anytime during our regular business hours, however, it is advisable if you have a party of 6 or more that you call ahead and reserve a time.
